Seiring dengan hal tersebut, perusahaan telah menyiapkan 1 produk baru yang akan dirilis pertengahan tahun depan. Chief Investment Officer STAR AM Susanto Chandra menyebutkan, prospek reksa dana berbasis ESG sangat baik ke depannya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dia menjelaskan, perusahaan yang menerapkan prinsip ESG dengan baik cenderung memberikan kinerja keuangan yang relatif lebih baik dibandingkan dengan perusahaan yang kurang memperhatikan prinsip ESG. <span style=\"background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0); color: var(--body_typography-color); font-family: var(--body_typography-font-family); font-size: var(--body_typography-font-size); font-style: var(--body_typography-font-style,normal); font-weight: var(--body_typography-font-weight); letter-spacing: var(--body_typography-letter-spacing);\">\u201cApabila pemerintah terus memberikan insentif dari sisi penerapan ESG, seperti insentif pajak untuk investasi pada sektor energi terbarukan, maka kami melihat adopsi ESG ini akan lebih cepat,\u201d katanya saat dihubungi pekan ini.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seiring dengan prospek positif tersebut, Susanto mengatakan pihaknya tidak menutup kemungkinan untuk menambah lini produk reksa dana berbasis ESG. Saat ini, STAR AM tengah melakukan kajian internal untuk mengidentifikasi minat para investor terhadap 2 indeks ESG yang akan dirilis oleh BEI pada pekan depan. Apabila minat investor dirasa cukup besar, STAR AM kemungkinan akan meluncurkan produk reksa dana yang menggunakan salah satu dari 2 indeks baru tersebut sebagai aset dasar (underlying asset). <span style=\"background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0); color: var(--body_typography-color); font-family: var(--body_typography-font-family); font-size: var(--body_typography-font-size); font-style: var(--body_typography-font-style,normal); font-weight: var(--body_typography-font-weight); letter-spacing: var(--body_typography-letter-spacing);\">Ia mengatakan, STAR AM berencana untuk mengeluarkan produk reksa dana campuran berbasis ESG pada semester I\/2022 mendatang.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cProduk ini akan kami rilis mengingat respon dari calon investor yang sangat positif,\u201d tambahnya. Adapun, saat ini STAR AM memiliki reksa dana Star Sustainable Equity dan Star ETF Sri Kehati yang termasuk ke dalam produk reksa dana ESG. Susanto menambahkan, keunggulan produk reksa dana berbasis ESG salah satunya adalah perusahaan yang menerapkan prinsip ini cenderung memiliki profitabilitas dan kemampuan cash flow yang lebih baik.
