Yes, STAR Track is a digital application of STAR Asset Management, which is a registered securities company and has obtained a license from the Financial Services Authority (OJK). In carrying out its business activities, STAR Asset Management is supervised by the OJK.
With STAR Track, you can register and submit all administrative documents through the application. No need to come directly to the office of the asset management company!

You can download the STAR TRACK app, then click on 'Registration,' use your phone number or email to register, and create a password for your account.

If you have completed the registration and identity verification process and have been successfully verified, then you automatically have a special mutual fund account for your investments.
Reksa Dana is a container used to collect funds from the investing public, which are then invested in a portfolio of securities by an Investment Manager.
On the product page, you can find various STAR AM mutual fund products to choose from. Once you've decided to make a purchase from our products, simply click on the product and then click "Buy". You'll need to enter the amount of investment you desire and then click "Pay Now". You'll receive a virtual account number for payment. Once the payment is successfully made, you've successfully purchased STAR AM mutual fund.
On the Portfolio page, click "See All" to find various STAR AM products you've purchased. On that page, you'll find a "Sell" button for each product. You need to enter the selling amount you desire and read the displayed disclaimer. Once you click "sell", the selling process has been successfully initiated.
For the redemption process, the Reksa Dana T+2 (2 days after the stock exchange) period is the maximum T+7 (7 days after the stock exchange).
There are no fees involved for investing in STAR Track.
