STAR Asset Management targets to increase managed funds of 7 Trillion

KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. PT Surya Timur Alam Rayat Asset Management (STAR ​​AM) is aiming for an ambitious target in 2024. STAR AM targets to increase total assets under management (AUM) by IDR 7 trillion in 2024.

Thus, it is estimated that STAR's total managed funds will increase from IDR 16 trillion to IDR 23 trillion. STAR AM President Director, Hanif Mantiq, said the main strategies to achieve this target include optimizing digital marketing, increasing direct sales to institutions and companies, intensifying cooperation with mutual fund sales agents, as well as launching online mutual fund products.

"We are optimistic that we can achieve our AUM growth target, thanks to a comprehensive marketing strategy that focuses on the needs of our investors," said Hanif in a press release, Friday (6/4). On this occasion, STAR AM also won several awards at the 2024 Best Mutual Fund Award event organized by PT Infovesta Utama (Infovesta) and Investor Trust, a few days ago.

In this prestigious event, STAR AM successfully proved the quality and performance of superior investment products by winning awards in three prestigious categories, namely:

  • First,STAR Money Market First Class, for the category of Money Market Mutual Funds Asset Class IDR 10 Billion – 100 Billion for a 5 year period.
  • Second,STAR Stable Income Fund, for the IDR Fixed Income Mutual Fund category for asset classes above IDR 1 Trillion for a 1 year period.
  • Third,STAR Fixed Income Dollar, for the USD Fixed Income Mutual Fund category for a 1 year period.

The award was handed over by CEO of Investor Trust Primus Dorimulu and Director of Infovesta Parto Kawito which was received by Head of Fixed Income Henry Buntoro and Main Director of STAR AM Hanif Mantiq who were also present at the event which was held at the Aryaduta Hotel Menteng, Central Jakarta.

Hanif added that this award proves STAR AM's commitment to continue to innovate and provide optimal investment performance for investors.
